• Service Availability: We make no guarantees regarding the availability or quality of services provided by third-party service providers.

• Account Creation: To use IndiSeva, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made through the platform via secure payment methods. We do not accept cash transactions.

• Independent Contractors: Service providers listed on IndiSeva are independent contractors, not employees of IndiSeva. We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or work quality of these providers. 

• Background Checks: While we perform background checks on providers, IndiSeva does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these checks. 

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts or booking services. 

• Respectful Behavior: Users agree to treat service providers with respect and comply with any local regulations regarding service provision. 

• Damages and Liability: You are responsible for any damages or issues that occur on your property during service provision. 

• • Provider Disputes: Any disputes between users and service providers must be addressed directly between those parties. IndiSeva may assist in mediating disputes but holds no responsibility for resolution. 
  • Platform Disputes: Any legal disputes involving the use of IndiSeva must be settled in accordance with the laws of India. 

• Content Ownership: All content, logos, and designs displayed on IndiSeva are the property of IndiSeva and protected under intellectual property laws. 

• User Content: Any content submitted by users (reviews, feedback) grants IndiSeva a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content on the platform. 

• By using IndiSeva, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.  laws.
